3. Develop Business Plan & Compliance Documents

Prepare a detailed business plan, internal policies (AML, KYC, risk management), and financial projections.

4. Deposit Paid-up Capital

Open a corporate bank account and deposit at least USD 50,000 to meet FSA’s capital requirement.

5. Submit License Application to FSA

File the full application package including company documents, policies, and proof of capital with the Seychelles FSA.

6. Engage with the FSA for Clarifications

Respond to any additional information requests or clarifications during the authority's assessment.

7. Receive License and Launch Operations

Once approved, your firm may begin offering investment services globally under the Securities Dealer License.
